Jazwares is a toy company focused on bringing content to life through innovative play experiences. The brand owns some of the most salient licenses in the sector such as Pokémon, Fornite, Halo, Roblox, Squishmallows, Micromachines, Cabbage Patch Kids, amongst others. Traditionally, they had considered their multiple audiences as a single target. Jazwares approached Rebold to help them identify new business opportunities in a highly competitive market.

Focused Activation #Jazwares

By using our Focus Activation approach, Rebold’s unique methodology, we analysed Jazwares’ business objectives for their products, as well as their levels of brand penetration and perception amongst potential customers.

By gaining an understanding of the optimum profile and emotional traits needed to grow the brand, we modelled audiences by product throughout the year. This allowed us to identify new territories, formats, and platforms and to subsequently develop highly successful content for Jazwares, in particular during the busy holiday season.

Based on our media planning recommendations, as well as our tactical Focused Activation proposal, we rolled out a Programmatic campaign that yielded immediate results within the first few days. The campaign was regularly optimized to improve performance. Subsequently, we activated new channels to increase recognition for the Jazwares brand and promoting its message. The campaign was highly successful amongst influencers, who generated 17 organic content pieces and got involved in its promotion. Jazwares exceeded their KPIs, reaching 2.1M impressions and 1.9M unique users. We achieved a top engagement rate of 4.2%.
